Work with customers and manage projects

- Teach English to students, including elementary school children, high schoolers.- Create a personalized learning plan for each student based on their individual goals - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s academic progress- Maintain an 85% success rate, ensuring positive outcomes for every student enrolled

- Work with Marketing Manager & other departments to develop brand strategy and communication plans- Research and understand client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research

Internship rotates between Content Administration, Partnership Relationship and Sales positions.

- Design photos and reels on the company's Facebook pages- Support collecting data and customer data as required- Monitor, check, and periodically report sales to relevant departments- Monitor the KPI target completion rate of employees, motivate the Sales Department to keep abreast of progress- Manage customer information and profiles, create profiles for new customers on CRM- Call to schedule candidates for interviews- Send emails to students, arrange class schedules- Related paperwork (contract, report) and support other duties by Sales Manager

- Build and manage content (including writing content, presenting, designing content, ideas for images and videos) on Fanpage- Chat and consult customers, monitor and respond to all comments on the Fanpage

- Translate subtitles for TV shows and movies from English to Vietnamese using Aegisub- Communicate with team members while working on correlation projects
