Current• Opened and now operate Axleboy Offroad Performance and serve as the lead Jeep customization consultant for the organization. • Begin each workday with Axleboy Values, “Making sure I have a clear vision of what we are and how the entire client experience should look.” • Place a high priority daily on the Axleboy team and clients and in making the morning rounds to visit with them, focusing on clients’ and team members’ personal and general life events and happenings. • Work on Jeep designs and client consultations and review and process emails and consultation requests.• Share in the excitement as clients realize their great expectations when the team works through planning and building their dream vehicle. • Interpret clients' visions and put on a blank canvas with a new Jeep.• Handle business operations, including financials, employee benefits, and vendor negotiations.• Establish current and long-range objectives, plans and policies for the business.• Advise, guide, direct, and authorize major plans and procedures.• Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure.• Review the operating results of the business, comparing them to established objectives and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.• Establish and maintain an effective system of communication throughout the organization.• Represent the business with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
