I am Sean Carney, a recent Media and Journalism graduate eager to kick-start my career in the industry. With over eight years of experience in television production, starting from my sophomore year in high school, I have sharpened my skills and developed a deep passion for media.Throughout my academic journey, I have gained proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Additionally, I am well-versed in various applications such as Final Cut Pro, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and Canva. My familiarity with PCs and Macs enables me to quickly adapt to different technology environments.My coursework has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of media, including subjects like Broadcast Journalism, Telecommunications Workshops, News Writing, Social Media and Podcasting, and Advanced Video Editing. As part of my educational experience, I had the opportunity to contribute to Bloomsburg University Streaming Network (BUSN) during a Practicum. This involvement allowed me to gain hands-on experience in directing and operating instant replay systems.Apart from my technical expertise, I possess outstanding interpersonal skills and have a natural ability to acquire and master new skills.
