I am an experienced L&D consultant, with a passion for Climate and Sustainability. I provide consultative services on L&D strategy, and also design and deliver power skills training. Up until mid-2023, I managed a training team at Google, working with business partners to create effective and highly engaging training programs which work. I'm a skilled and effective facilitator and love nothing better than being with a room of learners! I am actively combining my expertise in this space with my passion for educating people about climate change and sustainability. People who work with me describe me as a highly collaborative problem-solver and skilled facilitator. My colleagues value me for being logical, calm and always reliable. The people I managed have provided extremely positive feedback in manager feedback surveys, highlighting my people-first approach and knowledge about the field we work in. Outside of work, I have a life-long passion for music. I was able to channel this passion into making music matter by founding an orchestra, Co-Orch, Dublin, which had a joint goal of ambitious musical performance and fundraising for different charitable causes, raising > 500,000 Euro. My experience in this world has really informed my ability to listen, work as a team and contribute to a common goal.
