Duties: Process Contractor Payroll, Client Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and various tasks related to the preparation of company financials. Process payroll for 250+ Incorporated and Sole Proprietor contractors each month. Generate 200+ invoices during first week of month end. Provide weekly A/R reports and conduct follow ups on overdue accounts Prepare and complete monthly GST Remittances. Maintain schedules for various GL accounts in preparation for the monthly financials. Monthly CPP & EI, and GST reclass journal entries. Process and reconcile monthly employee expenses. Report to directly to Controller.
