Managed and administered a suite of enterprise SaaS HR platforms (and acted as owner of all content) used for business intelligence, performance management, employee surveys, policy acknowledgements, core HR, and more, interfacing with stakeholders and end users to support the software and configure it to meet business needs. Trained and coached a staff member that provided corporate recruiting and onboarding support and managed applicant tracking, onboarding, and learning management systems. Conducted ad-hoc analyses of data from varying sources (HR systems, employee surveys, and government APIs) and presented findings to business unit leaders, exploring key trends in metrics such as turnover, retention, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, benefits satisfaction, and more to drive decision-making. Created interactive, automatically-updated dashboards of key HR metrics in the Power BI service for executives (turnover, leadership and engagement, etc.). Assembled an open-source data integration solution using Docker, PostgreSQL, Mage.ai, DuckDB, and GitHub to automate previously manual batch data integration processes for the HR department. Provided project management support for HR integration activities during the acquisition of two businesses.Developed, filmed, and produced three legal compliance oriented training videos for managers and trained a staff member to help in post-production activities.
