As an individual and a professional, I love to dig into complex subjects and processes, devise strategies, and manage systems and people. I look for ways to connect interdisciplinary departments and skills, similar to what I was taught in art school. I believe in the evidence of a strong parallel that interconnects disciplines – something that can be discovered in the process of dissection and decomposition of any given subject. As I gained experience, I realized the importance of creativity in my life, which, combined with my technological knowledge and drive for innovation, led me to my true calling. In addition to my extensive background in IT, marketing, blockchain and crypto, I have developed a passion for the arts, keen to explore the technical and research aspect of the creative process. The efforts I made during my creative journey, through various disciplines, helped me realize not only that art is the product of an idea, but also how art, as a representation of an idea, acts as a solution to the problem that gave birth to the idea itself. I believe that technological innovation drives and enables creativity to flourish. By taking the concept of a play, deconstructing and analyzing it, then coming up with a solution to realize it, I later saw a correlation between my education in stage design and many business processes. In general I realised that where Artists find a problem worthy of attention and present their ideas or viewpoint to an audience, entrepreneurs find problems to solve and execute exactly the same process. In both cases, you need to grab attention and convince the audience to understand the idea that solves a certain problem or showcases a concept – whether it's a story or a product. My overall experience made me confident in my strategic abilities, gave me patience and high perceptiveness, the concepts of iterations and optimization planted in my head by improving the creative process long before my current job as a Chief Operating Officer at CADChain – a decision worth making.
