At heart, I'm someone who's always been driven by a deep curiosity and a love for tackling new challenges. This is something that's guided me throughout my career, carrying me from a PhD in bioengineering to leading the charge as a Director of Quality in the modular construction and prefrabrication industry. My dedication to learning and exploring new ideas is reflected as much in my personal life as in business; I'm a big fan of science fiction and fantasy novels that lead me to open my mind and consider new possibilities. Challenging traditional thinking is the mindset I bring with me to work every day as I investigate new ways to innovate and bring ourselves one step closer to the future. When I'm not in a book or at my computer, you'll find me outdoors hiking or biking. There's nothing like the experience of driving yourself hard towards a goal and being able to turn around at the top and reflect on how far you've come. An experience that's mirrored in the success of new projects or developments in my professional life. I have a deep affection for puzzles and board games; And when I'm out in the city, you'll always find me trying a new cuisine.
