We also demobilized five useless systems that were in an advanced state of corrosion. The sand removal system's superduplex pipes and valves were inspected and reused in other projects avoiding new purchases. Spools were installed in the open and closed drainage systems of all modules allowing intervention in the system without the need to stop production.Development a new methodology to shutdown called LIBRA. I used virtual reality and digital twins in maintenance planning. It reduced the planning time of the campaign from 18 to 9 months, and allowed the savings of approximately $500,000.00, from infrastructure to the reduction of shipments. There was also reduction in the time/cost relation, increase in the reliability of planning, improvement in operational security and faster access to information.
