Patrick Schablitzki was a Senior Manager in the SAP CRM practice of BearingPoint. As an engagement manager Patrick’s tasks included project planning, as well as monitoring and controlling of the project activities and the project budget. As a project member of several large scale projects, Patrick’s focus has been on the management and implementation of Customer Relationship Management Software as well as on the business process analysis and improvement. He has worked on several full-cycle SAP CRM implementations including mySAP CRM Channel Management, Mobile Sales, Internet Sales and Marketing and various CRM Upgrades.
