As the Finance Manager at MTM Transit, I oversee an amazing team that handles payroll and data reconciliation. With over 10 years of accounting and finance experience, I have developed strong skills in accounting softwares such as QuickBooks and McCloed, and have improved the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting/finance processes and systems. This includes AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting through Power BI and Excel. I have a passion for international business and transit with a background in nonprofit organizations, as well which have shaped my values and goals as an accounting and finance professional. I hold a BS in International Business from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where I also studied abroad at East China Normal University. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and I strive to deliver high-quality and timely accounting services to support the growth and success of MTM Transit and its clients.
