👫 I help the administration to help citizens. The ecological, social and technological transformation is a great challenge. As an organizational consultant, I support public authorities in mastering structural, cultural and individual change. 🎓 As department head and business administration professor at HAW Hamburg, I share my experiences from successful and failed projects with the next generation of civil servants. During my doctorate, I worked on failed projects. How do some organizations manage to go from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm? For my dissertation, I received the German Project Management Study Award in 2018. In my private life, I prefer to occupy myself with politics and literature.
