He was a partner at MBAJ Architecture, PA in Charlotte then joined A+AA in 2003 before starting the firm SCHAEFFER DESIGN ASSOCIATES. He is licensed in both North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.Mr. Schaeffer is well known in the Iredell County area. He is currently on the Board of Directors for The Town of Mooresville Historic Preservation Committee and is also part of the ministry team for The Cove Church.
