Member of a small research team focused on multi-material fiber drawing for photonic/metamaterial applications and low surface energy nanomaterials with an emphasis on superhydrophobic coatings for anti-corrosion, anti-soiling, and biofouling. Scope of responsibilities included measurement and characterization of materials/devices using data analysis and various microscopy techniques and fabrication of multi-material fibrous building blocks and arrays.
