-Ensure multiple, complex, client facing projects are delivered on time, in scope, and in alignmentwith organizational goals.-Consult and advise clients on best practices for ValueHealth programs and solutions.-Drive ValueHealth solution/program results by meeting or exceeding project Key PerformanceIndicators.-Develop and continuously improve standard project and program management processes.-Lead internal cross functional initiatives and external customer activities that result in improvedservice delivery, member outcomes, and member issue resolution.-Collaboration – work closely with Business Development, Product Management, and Engineeringteams to ensure successful delivery of ValueHealth services.

-Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices.-Responsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants. -Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure properconfiguration management and change control processes.-Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership;analyze data to determine configuration readiness.-Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known systemfunctionality.-Utilized SQL to help maintain, create, and retrieve information from relational databases.

-Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.-Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of clientenvironments.-Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes andcreate efficiencies.-Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.-Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalationmanagement issues.
