Launched RIFT, a high-profile PC-based MMO, guiding it from inception to release. RIFT has generated $100 million in revenue in its first ten months of operation. Grew with the company from its founding as a 15-person startup to a 200+ person developer and publisher with multiple game titles. Led the engineering team that developed the necessary client, server, tool, and security technology for RIFT from the ground up. Successfully developed server software to support hundreds of thousands of players online simultaneously. Worked closely with the art, design, operations, and marketing teams, the executive producer, and outside teams. Developed effective pipelines for the creation and sharing of game content between groups. Established technology sharing arrangements with other internal game teams.
