i) Participate APAC CEGID Y2 POS Projects, roll-outs including Implementation, localization & support for CEGID Y2.ii) Participate in collection and analysis of the business needs of different stakeholders, write the functional and technical specifications, realize the configuration of the solution, participate in the test strategy, write and carry out the functional test.iii) Participate in functional and technical support by qualifying tickets and issues from the customers.iv) Heading functional enhancement projects (CEGID Y2 Customization & Integration).v) Change management setup, realize and animate training plans for CEGID Y2 users.vi) CEGID Y2 Level 3 expertise: Support complex anomalies, qualify, analyze and diagnose the problem, propose workarounds and implement the corrective action plans.viii) Expertise handling CEGID Y2 upgradation rollout projects.
