Participated in the following projects:• Alpha Bank Oracle Banking Digital Experience: Team Leader of the digital banking team responsible for implementing Oracle Banking Digital Experience for two Alpha Bank subsidiaries in the Balkans region. Key resource for all the pre-sales activities, gap analysis, project planning, product presentation and user training, product installation and parameterisation, familiarisation testing and system integration. Created data migration strategy for migrating 80.000 digital banking users to the new platform. Acted as a single point of contact for the client and leaded a team of 10 consultants on two locations (Greece and India).• Ancoria Bank Internet and Mobile Banking: Actively involved in all phases of the project (presales, requirements gathering and analysis, user training, implementation, software delivery, installation and production rollout). Acted as a single point of contact for the client and leaded a team of 4 consultants on two locations (Cyprus and India).• Alpha Bank Balkans Mobile Banking: Team Leader of the Alpha Mobile Banking delivery team. Responsible for deploying and customizing FCDB Mobile Banking (native Android and iOS applications) for all five Alpha Bank Balkans subsidiaries. Team leader for 6 consultants on two locations (Athens and India).

Participated in the following projects:• Raiffeisen Bank Albania: Solely responsible for integrating FCDB Mobile Banking application with a third party core banking system (Misys). Definition of the interfaces and the interactions required in order to achieve data exchange and communications between FCDB ver. 6.0.2 and Misys using web services and scheduled/batch database jobs. Production of technical specifications in order to be used by the development team. First implementation of FCDB Mobile Banking over Misys globally within OFSS.• Pravex Bank: Responsible for designing and documenting an integration/interfacing mechanism between FCDB and a third party digital signing and strong authentication solution.• HBOS: Responsible for the installation of FCDB ver. 6.0.2 over a cloud infrastructure.• Bank Audi: Conducted product walkthrough for the out of the box FCDB solution and provided guidance and consultation to the bank in order to identify potential gaps which led to customizations. Responsible for requirements gathering and production of customization request documents.

Participated in the following projects:• Alpha Bank Balkans Subsidiaries: Solely responsible for the FCDB Internet Banking installations for all five subsidiaries of the group in the Balkans region. Main tasks include: production support, onsite development of enhancements, delivery and UAT support for various projects, leadership of the offshore development team in India, requirements analysis, technical specifications, design and production of reports, software performance optimization.
