  At ATHENA RC, I have been involved in a range of R&D projects, contributing to the broad area of open science and scholarly communication:- Automated the creation and management of narrative CVs, ensuring alignment with established research assessment protocols to facilitate researcher evaluations and enhance transparency (GraspOS - https://graspos.eu/)- Optimized search services for the OpenAIRE-Explore portal, significantly improving the user experience for EOSC users (OpenAIRE Nexus - https://www.openaire.eu/openaire-nexus-project) - Conducted research on the efficient evaluation of (meta)path queries over heterogeneous information networks exploiting advanced indexing techniques. Developed methodologies for expert finding in academia by exploiting scholarly information networks (SmartDataLake - https://smartdatalake.eu) .- Integrated a variety of citation-based impact measures for scientific publications, providing a comprehensive way to estimate research impact (OpenAIRE Advance - https://www.openaire.eu/advance).- Designed and implemented keyword searching for multi-versioned scholarly data, while being the key contributor of the Slidewiki's search service (Slidewiki - https://github.com/slidewiki/search-service)- Developed scalable privacy-preserving data publishing methods and implemented keyword search algorithms for RDF graphs (LODGOV - http://leonardo.imis.athena-innovation.gr/lodgov).
