Amman Governorate, Jordan

Responsible for all air operations for U. S. Department of Defense in the country of Jordan. Managed 10 host nation airfields and provides diplomatic clearance for DoD flights within Jordan. Negotiated contracts for hotel accommodations and ground handling of aircraft. Provided VIP airfield support to U. S. congressional delegates and military senior.

Sumter, South Carolina Area

• While filling this role, I oversaw and maintained all airfield operations for multiple military bases in 20 countries to include training, procedures, basing, and operations ensuring adherence to host nation.
• Drafted the Airfield Management Support Contract outlining the management of task orders increasing process consistency across the organization.
• Developed and implemented a new Performance Week Statement ensuring safe operations in the rewrite of a $330M operations contract encompassing $21.3B in combat equipment and 705K in annual aircraft flights.

Glendale, Arizona

Throughout this time period, I assumed responsibility for multiple roles. I guided the operations of an 11.4M sq. ft. airfield environment developing 285 F-16 pilots. I led a 14-member team in airfield management activities ensuring USAF compliance. Supporting airfield construction and repair projects, I identified and prioritized trend data influencing.

Kabul, Afghanistan

• In my role of Air Advisor, I was responsible for supervising and mentoring seven local airfields and 35 host nation personnel. I compiled and analyzed organizational safety requirements and training documentation..
• Designed and executed a uniform pay system impacting 64 host nation personnel at three locations resulting in a $1.7M savings and the addition of six new authorizations at no cost.
• Conceptualized, built, and maintained a comprehensive database to capture mission essential personnel (MEP) employee information enabling the tracking of 960 interpreters.
• Received Letter of Commendation from the Commander of Hamid Karzai International Airport due to exceptional performance in the conversion of the international airport to a fully operational level in less than 24 hours.

Successfully wearing a variety of hats, I designed and implemented training for multiple stakeholders, as well as determined training plans and schedules for all personnel. I coordinated training for personnel who might be subject to deployment ensuring achievement of mobility requirements. One of my key accomplishments was overseeing the emergency.
