Management consultant, former nonprofit CEO, and strategic communications advisor with 20+ years experience in driving quantifiable and sustainable organizational change. Ensures leaders are not just defining and communicating strategy, but influencing the habits and behaviors required for success in ways that can be measured and replicated.
