I have been selected by Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) to build linkages between young leaders across the hemisphere. YLAI will help address the opportunity gap for youth, especially women, by empowering entrepreneurs and civil society leaders with the training, tools, networks and resources they need to transform their societies and contribute more fully to economic development and prosperity, security, human rights and good governance in the hemisphere.YLAI aims to empower Latin American and Caribbean business and social entrepreneurs to transform their societies and contribute more fully to economic development and prosperity, security, human rights and good governance in the hemisphere.

As the First Board Chair for the Alumni Advisory Board of the YLAI network I was responsible for leading the Board Team, Collaborate with YLAI & IREX; Lead our monthly meeting, facilitate group discussions, and strengthen YLAI network of Entrepreneurs in the Americas and Caribbean region. Together with my team we done: ✔️ The First YLAI Alumni Newsletter ✔️ YLAI Connect (the first ever YLAI fellows meeting)✔️ ClubHouse official Channel for YLAI Members✔️ Organizing the conference “ Challenging Gender bias in entrepreneurship”
