In-house IT support for the users of the business. Primary focus on different projects, users and liaison between our department and the main IT department in DPG media.

Starting out my main focus was creating and updating insurance for the big companies with vehicles, and every year manually creating calculated sheets to show case the yearly result. As a nerd this was tedious - I was therefore given the green light to create a automation sheet in VBA, which I created over a summer. With this, me and 2 other part-time employees reduced the time needed to make these yearly reports, from ~5.5 months to roughly 3 months, which resulted in better customer satisfaction, quicker and more precise results. My first bigger development project.

My primary job was the production of medicinal products. Besides this, I introduced and helped new young workers of the use of the machines. Additionally, I helped them understand the conditions and work in our department.
