Sourced and engaged with local partners in Turkey, Scandinavia, Italy and other regions. We were responsible for the sales of CRM software solutions to mid- and large-size corporations in the region.

With the team responsible for business generation with key Partners, LARs, ISVs, CTECs and the Microsoft’s SAP Competence Centre in Germany. Managed a decentralized team of 45 people located in five offices throughout Germany.Set targets, organized events, campaigns, business unit and sales planing, reporting.

Responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Russia. Grew sales from $10M to $24M and organisation from 5 to 19 in three years.

I was the initial founder of the Attachmate office in Frankfurt/M. and developed it within three years to be the branch office with the strongest revenue and growth. Then I moved to Düsseldorf and setup a branch office for Attachmate. Hired a performing team and together we were able to build the business to outgrow the office in Frankfurt. After three years I was asked to help with the transition of the sales model from direct to indirect, I did this from the Munich HQ of Attachmate. This allowed me to gain experience with distribution channels.
