I co-lead McKinsey's Customer Experience Practice and am a Senior Partner in San Francisco. I serve clients on a range of functional topics, including customer experience, go to market, operations, product & technology, risk and talent.I rejoined McKinsey in 2017 after 2 years at Medallia, the global customer experience technology company. In the time I was with Medallia, it grew from ~400 employees to >1,000. Medallia was backed by Sequoia Capital and is now a publicly traded company.Before joining Medallia, I led McKinsey's Digital Payments Practice. I helped launch McKinsey's global Financial Inclusion Practice in 2008. In that capacity, I served private, public and social sector clients across Latin America, as well as in India and Sub-Saharan Africa.I am a member of the Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco and Co-Chair of the Bay Area Council's Committee on Homelessness.
