During my first years in the professional sector, I had the chance to operate in several different markets, in several different roles.As a Business Developer for Team Challenge, I was in charge of maintaining a good customer relationship with all our clients, prospecting new clients through traditional and innovative ways, preparing and executing our core activities, and focus on expanding the firm's operations.My second experience lead me to the consultancy area, in which I started at Axa. In the COMI Project, my role as a Project Facilitator was to detect and analyse the needs of the business in terms of change requirements. This exercice required to plan, moderate and record workshops with different branches of the department, and to summarize their needs in order to deliver clear and validated business requirements to the upper management.During this mission, I also shadowed a professional Product Owner in order to gain practical knowledge on how this role is performed on the field.My next mission with Cognizant lead me to GSK, where I operated as a Business Analyst with technical expertise of the LES software. During this 6 month period, I collected and analyzed the business' needs to configure the LES software, so that it would fit the laboratories' expectations. I also participated in the validation process of the software, by preparing and moderating the DCMA (Validation) sessions and starting the validation process within the system.
