Alignment on priorities with the project sponsor and various stakeholders mostly at the director level or higher across the faculty on getting the most value from our resources. Led stand-up meetings with our business analysts and development teams on system design, task breakdown, value-scoring work packages, testing and release management.Maintain and enforced the use of a library of templated documents to help facilitate systems changes and sustainment: Software Design Documents, User Acceptance Testing Plans, Launch Plans, Servers & Infrastructure Guides and Maintenance Plans.
