Proactive promoter of data culture within any companies I worked for: my reports have always been enjoyed by colleagues and supervisors from bottom level up to the highest top management. I am a data science "unicorn" encapsulating into myself an entire team’s skills from different fields. I can get into any company’s hidden data and switch on the light to all the strategic info those data may yield. Stand-alone solution for a company’s business intelligence implementation and maintenance. Data Visualization expert. Data-based story teller. Expert in descriptive, predictive and prescriptive statistics. My professional skills are still at their worst than they will be in the next twenty-five years in that I am a keen proactive learner. I have been "playing" with business data for a long while now: ten years in Citigroup and twelve years in Istituto Marangoni & Galileo Global Education (Istituto Marangoni’s owner). Since the beginning of my professional experience, I have always been involved in actual reporting, planning/forecasting, control & analysis processes. More specifically in relation to the latter (i.e. Analysis), in time, I've developed a deepest interest in supporting data-driven decision-making processes both for senior management and Sales & Mktg departments.My specialty in time has become transforming ALL available data within company into VALUABLE information for senior management's strategic decisions making. I've been deploying most appreciated dashboards adding into my bag every year, as soon as available, all new breaking-through technical tools coming along. I’ve been proactively learning languages and new applications, enjoying all the way riding the incredible development wave we've been witnessing in data mining, business intelligence up to machine learning activities.More generally speaking, in life as on job I don't consider things for what they just simply are, always getting pretty soon a clear vision of what they should be like. Whatever goal I am asked to achieve I eventually end up optimizing both process & output other than time of delivery. I always welcome challenges as opportunities thank to my strong self-motivation and self-learning skills adding to an original and outstanding creativity contributing to a successful problem-solving attitude. In fact I have never met with an impossible challenge, my creativity always allowing to complete any assignments within due deadline, quite often resulting in added value to the company as well.
