As Director of Sales Support at Platinum Systems, I bring over two decades of experience across multiple facets of sales, marketing, and business operations. Joining Platinum Systems in 2001, I’ve been deeply involved in the company's evolution, from my early days in demand generation and cold calling to managing purchasing, inventory, and transitioning us into a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP).In 2006, I played a pivotal role in developing our first managed services offering, Unlimited IT, which has since evolved into Platinum Managed Technology (PtMT). This was a transformative year for Platinum Systems, marking our move into remote monitoring and management services, and solidifying our MSP direction.Since 2018, I’ve been in a sales support role, managing quoting for both our company and partner organizations. My role expanded in 2021 to encompass marketing responsibilities, from digital strategy to the creation of content and marketing materials. In 2023, I resumed managing purchasing, adding to my diverse responsibilities in sales and marketing.Throughout my career, I’ve remained passionate about leveraging innovative technology to help businesses succeed.
