Functions:• Project-oriented consultant: advisor and project manager, providing deep technical knowledge during crucial project phases, for high demanding customers.• Certified instructor: standard and on-demand training on Endpoint Management, File and Storage Management, User Collaboration (messaging platform) and Linux.Most significant projects achievements:• 15+ Windows migrations for customers with more than 1000 workstations, managing OS upgrade (till Windows 10), standard and unattended imaging, applications migration and compatibility, user profile hand-over, patching, roll-out into production, while minimizing the impact on end-users.• Setup / migration / upgrade / management of major Open Enterprise Server environment with 1000’s of users.• Several cluster implementations for both applications and storages for 365x24 environments.• Merging companies with heterogeneous file-systems towards one single storage technology.• Messaging platform setup, migration and upgrade.

As consultant in the Novell Team:• File, print, mail servers and system administration on 365x24 sites. Cluster installation, configuration, administration, fine tuning and maintenance.• Scripting tools on servers or workstations in bash, perl and VBS.• Several projects of workstation OS migration automation, taking in account the whole applications stack for 1000+ machines. (workstation imaging, application, packaging deployment, workstation management, inventory, documentation, printers and drivers).• Trainer on Novell products to customers.

• System administration for 24x365 companies like GIB, Carrefour Belgium…, including File and Print management, NT Domain and eDirectory synchronization (user rights, passwords), Server Lifecycle management, Massive Windows workstation applications deployment using ZENworks, Network Management (Router Cisco, DNS, DHCP,…).• Corporate project on a Meta Directory study.• Trainings delivery on Novell Netware, ZENworks and GroupWise.

• Administration of Files, eMail system, Print and backup servers, covering technologies like eDirectory, Lotus Notes, Windows Desktop and Servers and TSM.
