- Manage relationships with 30+ enterprise-grade customers (~$10M ARR) to ensure they increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform- Orchestrate annual executive business reviews with key decision makers and executive leadership to look-back on their investment and align on goals moving forward- Conduct quarterly meetings where we dive into the details of their operations and ensure we are clearing any roadblocks to value- Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success organization

- Manage all post-sales activity for Mid-Market clients through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and execution with a book of business of ~40 accounts at ~$8M ARR - Partner closely with Account Executives to provide qualified leads and serve as a product SME, led to 5 closed-won Enterprise Level upsells to secondary product offering (Expense) - Prep and deliver Business Reviews that drive adoption and strengthen relationships anchored in data-driven insights pulled from Tableau, Holistics as well as bespoke usage analysis’ in Excel
