IHDP was an international researching Programm which focused on the global environmental change. It belongs to UNO today. My tasks were:Assisting the Exec Director in administrative and financial planning and reportingOverseeing the entire range of financial transactions of the IHDP Programm, including budget preparation & reporting (third party funds, Europe and USA) internal controlling of accounts and financial flowsPreparing accounting for internal & external purposes, including reports for expenditure of fundsDirecting IHDP´s financial goals, objectives and budgetsOverseeing the allocation of funds and national contributionsSupervising cash management activitiesMonitoring all incoming and outgoing invoicesHandling travel expensesSettling all IHDP accounts
