CurrentLead a team of dedicated and hardworking IT personnel to convert the network and POS systems of 600 National Tire & Battery (NTB) retail stores over the course of 3 months: -Coordinate and schedule vendors, IT staff availability, and provide constant updates for senior leadership. -Work with and schedule meetings between Mavis and TBC Corporation to ensure successful and seamless transition from the TBC POS system to the Mavis POS system. -Coordinate with internal staff from other departments to ensure IT's goals are in-sync with other department's needs. -Work with internal IT team to document, plan, and execute our strategy to ensure all 600 stores were converted within our 3 month goal.
