Primarily assisting about 100 friends and alumni of West Point, my responsibility was to be the fundraiser and relationship manager assigned to California. I develop close relationships built on trust and understanding what people and families I assist want to accomplish broadly and then very specifically with their philanthropic investments over time. A major gift ranged from $25,000 in a year to 7 or 8 figures, including multi-year pledges and philanthropic gifts in wills or estates. I was the executive specifically assigned to visit California; therefore, I was responsible for meeting all friends and alumni of West Point and ensuring their voices are heard back home. I exponentially increased gifts and pledges from $316,000 (2015) to $1.27 million (2016), $3 million (2017), and over $4 million (2018).

Executive Officer to the Commander who, as the University President, is directly responsible for an annual budget of over $250 million, property and infrastructure in excess of $600 million, and more than 15,000 personnel, including staff, faculty, and their dependents. Leader of the U.S. Military Academy's Protocol Office, consisting of eight team members, including seven Army civilians and one senior enlisted soldier. Responsible for ensuring conference, event and distinguished visitor plans, coordination, and execution are to standard. An expert in protocol matters, including conference, event and distinguished visitor management, from initial coordination, financial and logistical planning, last-minute changes, and execution. The Academic Dean's [University Provost's] Strategic Planning, Analyst, and Personnel Officer. Responsible for the planning, analysis, and oversight of 13 Academic Departments, consisting of over 850 faculty and staff. The principle advisor for all personnel matters and responsible for developing decision support analysis regarding personnel management and organizational structure. Formulates, develops, and implements long range plans and policies for recruiting, managing, and retaining faculty and staff. The headquarters consisted of 110 team members with oversight of ten Police Training Teams consisting of 211 team members. Responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of operations, to include: advisors at all levels across Anbar province; the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information and intelligence received from Iraqi counterparts; developing and supervising the police professionalization plan; supervising all team maintenance and life support contracts. As Economic Analysis Working Group Lead, responsible for the complete overhaul of the analysis, including formulating realistic, measurable factors and leading the team of incredibly diverse members: US Army, Department of State, US AID, and the Provincial Government.
