As a credit analyst in the large corporates department, I was responsible for the entire assessment process of credit data and financial information of large corporate clients, complex firm groups and structured financial instruments.Main tasks include the preparation of reports along with their presentation and discussion before internal credit evaluation committees and the bank's board of directors.

As an intern in the investment team of DRS Investment, I acquired specialized know-how and hands-on experience in the buy-side M&A process of a Private Equity firm. I worked in a communicative and interdisciplinary team and in direct cooperation with the partners. The responsibilities of my position:• Prepared analyses about possible target companies and their market• Developed financial models, company valuations and investment memos• Maintained and built internal databases• Supported the partners in all steps of the Due Diligence (Commercial, Financial/ Tax and Legal)• Assisted the management of the group companies and collaborated with external consultants• Provided general project support for the M&A transactions such as drafting indicative offers or letters of intent

As an intern at Magnus Financial Group, I gained corporate work experience and exposure to back-middle-and-front office RIA firm operations. I built practical skills that will enable me to effectively interact with clients and gained an understanding of the importance of client service. I learned about the independent RIA industry, the wealth management advisory & financial planning profession and how advisors work together to accomplish the goals of risk management, asset protection and wealth building.The responsibilities of my position:• Supported the investment and insurance operations staff with intra-day tasks• Created investment, insurance, and tax optimization models in Excel• Shadowed staff at introductory and investment review meetings to learn sales language, witness client follow-up and plan execution• Supported the Client Services Manager with the account opening and maintenance paperwork • Assisted in planning and preparing for periodic client events and creating social media posts• Prepared investment client deliverables and organized client-related data• Participated in webinars and training courses for the investment field
