I am the M&A and Equity Director at Howden Europe. Previously, I served as the CFO for Northern Europe. In my current role, I collaborate with local and central teams in finance, M&A, equity schemes, growth, and strategic initiatives.Prior to joining Howden in 2018, I worked in PwC's Deals business for over 11 years across the Madrid, New York, London, and Frankfurt offices. During this time, I gained extensive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, transactions, audit, and capital markets, advising both private and public companies across various industries.I hold a Master equivalent in Business Administration from the University of Mainz, Germany.
