Current- Working in the Rollins Lab within the Department of Biomedical Engineering, focusing on optical imaging techniques aimed at tissue visualization of atrial fibrillation- Specializing in histology analysis, imaging, and scanning of myocardium tissue samples. Proficient in utilizing tools such as QuPath, MATLAB, RStudio.- Experiments involving ex vivo ablation of swine tissue to create controlled gaps. Working towards establishing correlations between low voltage zones and fibrosis percentage.
