I am a trained physicist with a passion for scientific exploration through experiments. Throughout my academic journey, I have honed my skills in experimental design, data analysis, effective communication of research findings, and project and team management. In my Ph.D. focused on the DNA origami technique, I developed experimental plans using biochemical assays and cryoEM, analyzed data, and presented conclusions in written and oral form. As a postdoctoral researcher at EPFL's life science faculty, I broadened my understanding of DNA, proteins, and cell biology through additional training in cell culture, protein purification, and HS-AFM techniques. Collaborating in multicultural environments, I trained young scientists and enjoyed leadership roles in project management, public speaking, and negotiations.New Role as Head of Global Human Sample Acquisition at Evotec:Thrilled to join Evotec as Head of Global Human Sample Acquisition, I will leverage my scientific expertise and leadership skills. Strategic planning and project management will optimize human sample acquisition, enabling groundbreaking discoveries and medical breakthroughs. I will foster cross-functional collaboration, bridging interdisciplinary gaps to maximize sample value. Upholding quality assurance and compliance, I will ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.Excited to contribute to Evotec's mission, I aim to advance healthcare innovation through human sample acquisition significantly.
