Basic troubleshooting of Active Directory issues, Adding and removing users using the console and PowerShell, Troubleshooting Exchange 2010 issues from connectivity, corrupted mailboxes, troubleshooting blackberries and active sync devices, restoring mailboxes, Lync configuration, SharePoint configuration, DNS issues, mail flow issues, Installed and configured local clients such as Outlook 2010, Entourage and Outlook 2011. Troubleshooting minor OCS and Lync issues, as well as Blackberry connectivity issues as well which included removing services books and resending them, as well as adding and removing users from the BES server, wiping and reconfiguring the handhelds. We configured 3rd party archiving what we call complaint archiving, setup transport rules on the hub servers.

Was a team lead for Chase for the conversion period. I had a group of 9 people in my team. I was responsible migrating their systems from Chase to WaMu. I worked primarily on the servers (helped format the old servers and install the new servers) while my team helped replace the workstations and peripherals.

Built Virtual Servers using XEN Server, Ran windows updates, Configured roaming profiles and local profiles on the car units, maintained the DNS database on UNIX, consistently ran backups on both Windows and UNIX servers, configuring an 8 monitor setup for the dispatch center systems, created scripts to automate multiple tasks, managed active directory database, setup print sharing, monitored Exchange Server, setup workstations, formatted servers and workstations, installed OS on SCSI hard disks, setup raid drives on servers, configured Xen virtual servers, setup anti-virus server and deployed to workstations.
