My goal is to regularly exceed expectations.After my 15 years in the banking business, 10 years in ICT/Internet and now 15 years in HR/recruitment services, a lot of experience and skills come together. The management tasks have become much more accentuated and are complex. The mix of my skills means that I am equally familiar with both the business and technology aspects. Especially in the recruiting area there are many opportunities to achieve optimization. This industry has a lot of potential because in the past it has invested too little in progress and digitization. The future belongs to intelligent Recruiting 4.0 methods, outsourcing and HRM solutions.I am particularly well versed in the professional world of life science, finance, logistics, retail, and high-tech. My personal strengths include authenticity, passion, persuasiveness, perseverance and being a role model.Due to my multilingualism - German (mother tongue), French and English (B2/C1) at a high level - I am used to working in multicultural and international organisations and companies.
