Organized an additional element collocated and partnered with the NMF to develop a long-term operational plan to train and equip the Counter Terrorist Unit for the Republic of Yemen Government. - Coordinated training qualifications for 17 SEALs in military free-fall, Helo rappel, and casting operations to meet essential mission requirements for 18-month training and readiness for a six-month deployment.

As lead instructor oversaw the maintenance and maintained 100% accountability of Tactical Ground Mobility vehicles, maintenance, and recovery equipment valued at $1.5M+. - Provided instruction on 12 heavy weapons courses on assembly and disassembly, cycles of operation, malfunctions, immediate and remedial actions, and the headspace and timing of the M2HB, M240B, and MK 19 weapons systems. Trains, equips, and deploys as a Naval Special Warfare Squadron to conduct Maritime and special operations In support of USCENTCOM and USPACOM.- Trained 60 Iraqi Army Scouts and 200 Iraqi Police (IP) in marksmanship, live-fire shooting, patroling, close-quarters combat, medical, and sensitive site exploitation techniques, and procedures. Enhanced the Iraqi Army and Police capabilities and furthered the strategic mission and the detention of a regimental top 10 High-Value Target.- Developed Iraqi counter-insurgency capabilities while training over 30 Iraqi Army Commandos. Conducted Direct Action missions as lead combat advisor and initial entry team member resulting in the capture of 23 insurgents. - The #1 strategic mission in CENTCOM, safeguarded three foreign heads of state during 100 high-risk combat movements as a member of the principal protective security detail and lead motorcade driver.- Managed and was accountable for the platoon's ordnance department, ensured 100% inventory of over $1M weapons, optics, and lasers as well tracking the safe expenditure of over 160K rounds of ammunition and explosives.

Responsible for maintaining Combat Charts, and Rescue Swimmer duties. USS Dextrous (MCM 13) an Avenger Class Mine Countermeasure ship forward deployed in Manama, Bahrain in support of Commander Fifth Fleet and Operation Enduring Freedom.- Meritoriously advanced to E-4 after completing the top of his class in Mineman "A" school initial training. Prepared and maintained 11 divisional spaces, and ensured all spaces and equipment valued at $50K were ready for operational use and inspection. - Frocked to E-5 acting as work center supervisor responsible for ordering $25K of repair parts and leading the division in the identification and correction of numerous discrepancies. Identified by Afloat Training Group as the best Search and Rescue Swimmer out of 12 personnel. - Recognized as the technical expert insured the ship was combat-ready for survey operations in the Northern Arabian Gulf during Operation Enduring Freedom.
