As Head of Revenue Management Analysis I develop analyzes, tools and dashboards for the Swedish Commercial teams. In this role I was responsible for the Swedish rollout and follow up of a an advanced revenue optimization system used by all revenue managers. To succeed in this role I have to gather and compile information to identify problems and educate the end users how to interact with the system in the best possible way. In my role as a Revenue Manager, I am responsible for all revenue related questions in regards to four hotels in the Stockholm outskirts; Scandic Victoria Tower, Scandic Kista, Scandic Ariadne and Scandic Foresta.
