I enjoy working in a fast paced environment with challenges and opportunities for creativity. My main focuses are finding new ways to increase sales, training team members to deliver excellent customer service, and learning aspects of other departments to increase my knowledge of the store as a whole. In 2016 I played an important role in converting my store from Roundy’s to Kroger, which included implementing new programs, new technology, and new policies within my department. I also take challenges head on and have seen results first hand with consistently having improved sales this year over last year. My most recent accomplishment is improved hot ham sales of over 300% during the winter of 2017-2018.
