I am in charge of Multiple Unit management- I currently have 340 employees under me. I am in charge of Financials, Sales Building, People development, for 7 units. I have ran 2 different areas and have been awarded the Area Manager of the year Award for Colorado in 2011. My area has grown profit and sales every year and currently grew 250,000 more in net income in 2012.

In charge of doing Quality checks in restaurants and providing feedback on operations and food safety to ensure that units are meeting company standards. I did 62 audits a month and helped increase the average the score by 9 points thru coaching and teaching standards to GM's across the 4 regions. I also interacted with owners and representatives above store to ensure they were able to teach their managers the standards of our company. In addition on a monthly bases I would meet with a franchise/region management team to retrain and develop better processes in the units.

Ran 5 different units and took each from break down to the top 10 of the Region each year. Was in charge of all jobs of a general manager from HR, Cost controls, Sales building and improvement of all business processes and routines. I was in charge of promoting 45 shift managers, training the area teams on multiple products and processes and have promoted 8 team members all the way to General Managers.
