The project's mission was to conduct a holistic business landscape analysis, build case studies on competitors and businesses thriving in the digital space in South East Asia and formulate a go-to-market digital transformation strategy for the client in the Indonesian market. • Conducted in-depth client needs analysis to identify specific requirements and challenges• Performed comprehensive quantitative and qualitative benchmarking of the Indonesian lubricants industry• Crafted “Key Player Case Studies” of 6 best-in-class digital companies operating in the SEA market • Formulated a three-prong high-level business case and digital transformation strategy to enhance the online presence and engagement of the client across social and e-commerce platforms by 40% • Prepared a strategy pitch deck and presented it to the APAC E-commerce director

EasySense is a technology solutions provider based in Dhaka, Bangladesh with expertise in IoT products and services. The company was part of the second cohort of Banglalink's Incubator program after being selected as one of six promising startups out of more than 300 applicants.The company boasts a client portfolio that includes GIZ Bangladesh, UNICEF and BRAC. While we are geared towards providing solutions for commercial clients, we understand the power of technology and how it can change lives. In light of that, we have a pilot program in development in partnership with UNICEF Bangladesh called EasyWash. EasyWash is a hand-washing awareness program that is designed to monitor and measure the hand-washing behavior of primary school children to create awareness and design necessary interventions. The EasyWash monitoring kit was designed in-house by the team at EasySense and won the first prize in the "Innovative measuring and monitoring device" category at the Regional WASH Challenge organized by UNICEF and BRAC in Thimphu, Bhutan.
