MWH is one of the leading wet infrastructure, Civil Engineering firms in the world. While there, I supported both the Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) and the Management Consulting (BSG) divisions to apply intellectual property (custom software) to a variety of unique projects. At the GEO, I worked with a great team of talented individuals on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy programs for the State of Colorado. While there, I lead the deployment of a new reporting system based off of a legacy Access DB into a MOSS 2007/SQL 2008 environment. I also designed systems to facilitate reporting across several metrics relating to a significant disbursement of American Reinvestment and Recovery Funds (ARRA) from US Department of Energy. I worked as a consultant, then as an FTE for nearly 5 years while helping to build the IT function for a Town government experiencing hyper-growth. During that time, the Town government grew from a staff of around 50 working in modulars to 150+ employees housed in a $20 million municipal campus.
