- Design/develop web templates for our WordPress CMS (NUsites).- Create, develop, and manage content for Northwestern University's web presence.- Create monthly digital analytics reports for the University.- Coordinate web projects across departments. - Conduct user-trainings for SEO and CMS systems.- Create custom HTML email templates for e-newsletters and announcements.- Develop and execute online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, search engine marketing and social media.- Responsible for creating good relationships between clients and the University.- Create print/web graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite.- Effectively communicate and teach complex digital concepts within the University.- Develop and align University and external partners on success metrics for digital initiatives.- Develop and manage editorial/content calendars, including assets, to drive engagement. - Support other University-wide projects as needed.

- Serve as a project leader, in close collaboration with the director of digital communications, to manage the development of new websites and migration and evaluation of existing websites into formats compliant with McCormick brand standards.- Create graphics and digital assets for University use.- Serve as the primary contact for department and program staff.- Implement SEO, architecture, and user experience best practices. - Assist with staff trainings along with IT and assist with ongoing site maintenance after launch.- Assist with email communications and other electronic initiatives as needed.

- Update website content with relevant news stories about our college.- Updated and implemented social media strategies. (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.)- Frequently communicate with colleagues about how to improve our website.- Interview students and alumni about their experiences at Carthage College.- Produce news stories using Final Cut Pro.
