Created inventory of nearly 1,000 dance recordings in various audiovisual formats (including Hi-8) documenting multicultural performing arts programs, as a step towards providing greater public access. Captured technical and content metadata. Assessed and flagged records for preservation concerns. Volunteered at major multicultural dance event, providing support to performers and attendees. Wrote manual for Lotus outlining how to use and edit inventory and to recognize preservation concerns.

Rehoused, arranged, and described the papers of New Jersey Senator Frank R. Lautenberg, a 2250 cubic ft. collection. Processed administrative and press files in various formats, including documents and audiovisual materials (Betacam, U-matic, VHS, CD, and DVD). Digitized approximately 100 hours of audiovisual materials. Collaborated on preservation and retention decisions. Contributed to major exhibition by doing background research, selection of objects, case design, and writing label copy. Wrote sections of collection finding aid, and coded series and box descriptions in EAD.

Collaborated with Museum Officers and Board of Trustees, and Museum Archivist regarding the improvement of on-site housing standards, general preservation needs, and retention decisions. Contributed to museum finding aid. Rehoused, arranged, and described documents, photographs, and audiovisual materials. Digitized approximately 200 photographs. Created inventory for audiovisual materials in various formats, including born-digital materials. Assisted in museum event planning, including community outreach strategizing. Provided technical support as needed, including concerns pertaining to museum website design and support during community outreach events.

Coordinated preventative behavioral health care among providers, school systems, and families of diverse backgrounds (including Spanish-speaking families) by advocating for behavioral health care opportunities. Advocated for children, families, and treatment teams to psychiatrists, principals, primary care physicians, and mental health providers during community, academic, family, and home-based behavioral health care meetings. Coordinated resources and wrote grants for families and treatment temas to provide local and national support for behavioral health care tools and opportunities. Managed and redesigned charity drives to improve county-wide communication and distribution of resources to approximately 600 families and their treatment teams. Trained interns and new staff. Managed client medications by monitoring behavioral changes after medication changes and advocating for clients during meetings with health care providers and school faculty. Provided crisis assistance during home- and community-based visits for approximately 60 assigned clients and for colleagues’ clients when on-call.
