I am a service/hospitality industry professional with over 8 years of experience in restaurants and events. The past 4 years have brought me a series of exciting opportunities. both in management as well as working on the front lines of bar service and events in Downtown and Midtown Sacramento. During this time I have built several bar programs in the fine casual, nightclub, wine bar and live music events arenas, all the time learning from each experience and putting my own stamp on the ever growing farm-to-table scene in the 916 region. For me craft beverages and cuisine are an essential part of the modern human experience and I am always thrilled to be a part of the lives of people in my community whether it be for relaxation, celebration or professional events.
