Bar Manager
Area manager for Block Butcher Bar and the new Lovechild restaurant as well as bartender/manager at LowBrau. One of the essential employees that worked throughout the early days of the pandemic to maintain business viability and shift model to fit public health regulations. Duties included scheduling, recipe testing, wine and spirits ordering and inventory. Also acted as point-person for meetings with wine and spirits sales reps, hosted tastings. Worked with Chef and GM to build a profitable menu, monitoring metrics and changing offerings to fit the client base as needed. Spearheaded bar program for new vegan concept working directly with owner and social media team on pop-up style service as well as branding. Expanded service team staffing, food/liquor stocking as well as scope of cash handling for large music events 10-20 times per year.
