This is not just a PC refresh but an overall change in the business model. CYOD is being introduced along with a new business charge back model and finally an outsourced managed service provider. • Global Video Conferencing Stabilization and Rationalization Project:o Stabilization effort includes standing up a new Polycom infrastructure that allows the business to push out the most current version of the firmware to over 300 endpoints. o Rationalization effort includes upgrading 52 endpoints with a standard Touch Panel that integrates the video conference equipment with audio, speakers and presentation display panels.

Project manager for their B2B web site solution. Delivered a new application to support the new B2B business segment. Coordinated with Third Party software provider to deliver solution matching the business requirements and managed the code deployment process into the QA and Production environments. Lastly, provided business coaching and project leadership to the business on developing rollout plans, training material, communication plans and overall change management plans at the retailer level.

Delivered new operating system for Navistar’s Used Truck Business unit, eliminating old marketing and accounting legacy system. • Collaborated with IT and business partners to develop current “AS IS” and “TO BE” process flows that were used to validate the flows and system interface requirements.• Developed the assessment project plan with various IT required resources. Worked in collaboration with Accenture, PeopleSoft SME and the Used Truck business partners. Conducted an assessment to determine if PeopleSoft was a good fit. Assessment concluded it was not a good fit, did not fit business requirements. • Directed the team to develop and validate the business requirements by interviewing several business partners in numerous departments. • Evaluated several truck dealership software solutions running the Navistar new truck operations. All removed from consideration lacking functionality for strong enterprise accounting and global operational systems. • Selected the Microsoft Dynamics AX, an ERP software solution by utilizing a formal problem solving & decision making (PSDM) score card.

The project included off-shore resources, a third-party forensic accounting firm, on-site Ace Hardware business partners and IT professionals. Invited to remain at Ace to manage the SAP testing and quality assurance of the SAP applications on the Business Transformation initiative. • SAP QA Testing and Post Deployment Work Streams: o Provided overall QA Testing program for a four phase SAP deployment.o Facilitated 13 teams in developing test scenarios and test cases to support the four phased deploymentso Oversaw a QA team of five resources in loading HP Quality Centero Developed overall staffing model to support the QA testing o Produced weekly testing scorecards to IT and Business Leadership o Ran break fix work stream to support warehouse operations post go-live.• Cost Accounting Inventory Remediation: Scope of project was to discover and correct cost accounting error(s) causing a significant inventory reporting error.Oversaw the forensic accounting firm’s four resources and coordinated the systems environments allowing them to conduct their research in identifying the inventory discrepancies. o Provided direction and coaching for the Ace Software Engineers and Outsourcing firm improving the quality and reducing the code development cycle time. o Directed offshore and on site resources to identify and install the required jobs and programs in the QA environment to support the testing of the new program. o Created the project plans in collaboration with Ace IT and offshore leads and managed the offshore coding and development. Facilitated the process in generating the detailed deployment check list and coordinated code migration from QA into Production.

Provide Change Leadership and Project Management from the Business side to manage the project to convert from four legacy system platforms onto one common system. Work in Partnership with IT to manage resources, gaps/enhancements, training and executive and field communications. Post conversion, lead the issue resolution process and change management. Identify process improement and lessons learned to apply to subsequent conversion projects. Converted over 30 warehouse locations and four customer service centers onto new platform.

Co-developed a set of Key Performance Indicatiors and developed a "Managing with Measurments" program to assist the leadership teams manage their centers more effectively and to share these metrics with the sales organization. Additionally, accountable for the SAP-SD module for the National Distribution System. Collaborated with field funtional experts, business analysts and contract programmers in developing system requirements and configuration.

Developed strategy and plan, presented to Executive Committee and received approval. Lead the software selection team in selecting an order management system to support six plant/warehouse locations.
